Sunday 6 day training

Great day 😎 workout was not easy but also not hard something between :)

-Warmup animal exercicise on the ground

  • sand bag 4 rounds of 3 min
  • pads 2 rounds mixing up the 1 1,2
  • cross lift 3 sets 10 to 8 reps
  • situps 25 super man 25 x3

Next week starting with monday . Same program repeating till perfection of the movement ading reaction vor counter . One more set of each exercise to build up strength 💪.
