Friday always brings to #marketfriday and happiness is start from here.
Hey everyone, its another friday which make me think of #marketfriday and this time is nothing special but a little restaurant specifically food court from local side with various meat is on going B-B-Q. Those barbecue are mainly beaf and chicken.
This sticks are fully made of beaf and chicken, various spicy and chilled flavour.
Its baked/cooking with heat of wooden coal which make it fry gradually, a small cooling mini fan used to blown the air on yhe fire of coal to produce extra heat and smoked flavours too. I have forgotten to take photonof that process.
One thing is happening here for photo uploads, as last photos are uploaded first and initially taken photos are gone last!
A cooled and chill drinks after all of that bbq which is local name is 'kabab'.
A chicken and beaf 'shik kabab' with big 'luchi' (a full of oil fried bread) and salad- cucumber and myonesse is used.
The big luchi is crispy and tasty too.
A fridge for preserved drinks and cooling purpose.
This kabab is very tasty with salad, i have just taken all those photos while eating.

All of these food is checked at taltola market, khilgaon, dhaka. The name of restaurant may be i have so far remember is 'Alauddin's kabab ghor'. The price is taken for all sum together is 240 taka which is equal to $3.
