Detox & Fitness Dance Toning Routine MISSSPERU


Fitness Routine Starts at 3:52 *Disclaimer: Please note, I am not a professional or licensed Personal Trainer, just a thick girl needing to get in shape asap for Summer!

After my cardio workout I repeat the following toning SET 3 x's: *25 Lunges Right Leg Fwd *25 Lunges Left Leg Fwd *25 Push-Ups *100 Sit-Ups (I just do all 100 in one set actually) *25 Squats *25 Bicep Curls *25 Tricep Overhead Curls *25 Back Curl Right Arm Triceps or whatever theyre called *25 Back Curl Left Am Triceps or whatever theyre called Repeat another 2 x's and Stretch!!!
