10 minutes cooking

I bought couscous to try out. No idea what kind it is. So I took 1 pound. Rasy to make. I just had to pour bouiling water over it and wait for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile I made the meat with onion, garlic and added some black pepper and 'ketjap' (soy sauce). I will buy more for the winter. It will save me gas and my children are able to make it as well.
