I just came back from Japan yesterday. I had been to a place where is around Fuji.
I tried a traditional Japanese food. I cannot realize what is it before I ate them. Japanese pay lots of effort on making food looks beautiful. You may use your eyes to "eat" before you eat.
It is an urchin jelly at the top. A fired fish at the left and a sweet bean with a piece of cake which is made by crap.
Japanese Food is beautiful and very delicious!
