yesterday we visited a friends place who is applying Permaculture principles to his land. He is able to supply is family a range of seasonal perennial foods and sell some to local markets. Currently planted is cabbage, kale, rocket, beans, spring onions, broccoli.
He also dug out a pond, has chickens and an outside humanure toilet!
Every day for 1 year working 8am - 8pm only him & his wife has put in the hard work to get to where they are now.
