Been a vegan is good because it makes you free from some kind of health problems like digestive conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure and even certain cancers. But you don't eat a well balanced diet then one can experience some nutritional deficiencies.

1) Incomplete Protein: Most plant-based proteins – with the exception of soy and quinoa – are incomplete, which means they don’t provide all the amino acids necessary to build muscle and tissue, like animal foods do. But to avoid such deficiency the individual have to make some kind of food combination that will supply the body the necessary amount of amino acid.

2) Some other type f deficiency: Strict vegetarian diets without dairy and eggs may be lower in nutrients such as calcium, iron, vitamin B-12 and omega-3 fatty acids. However, by carefully planning and knowing which plant foods to choose, vegetarians can avoid these disadvantages.

3) Choice of food is limited: For new vegan the might feel like trying eating a certain type of food that is not meant for vegan but because of there decision, they can't eat what they feel like eating.

4) Eating outside: Find a restaurant that is meant for vegan is very difficult because most restaurants are favorable to meat eaters mostly.
