To prevent a dead point, it is important to train heavy and to continue to vary in your fitness exercises and fitness schedule. Always try to train at a heavier level but avoid overtraining and incorrect movements. You can vary in countless ways. For example, the number of repetitions you make during a certain fitness exercise. Have you been training 2 sets with 15 repetitions for a long time? Increase the weight by 20 to 30% and make 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions. If you always carry out the same exercises, try to extend your fitness schedule or adjust it with other exercises. There are many more factors that must be in order to ensure as much muscle growth as possible. The most important factor is your diet. If this is not in order, it will be very difficult to get good results.
