Vegan turron recipe

Here I show you a vegan recipe to make a fantastic and delicious turron. Because taste and rich things are not at odds with health.

INGREDIENTS.

3 cups raw hazelnuts

6 tbsp of organic bitter cocoa powder

3 tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil

2-3 cditas. of agave syrup

A pinch of vanilla powder

Process.

1.- Prepare the hazelnut milk: mix a cup of hazelnuts with 2 cups of water .. For this we will crush the hazelnuts with a blender or similar. (I recommend having the hazelnuts to soak for a while to soften and be easier) and with the help of a drained go get the milk.

2.- Toast the rest of the hazelnuts in a baking tray at about 150 degrees about 15 minutes

3.- Once toasted remove the skins (with the help of a cloth comes out very easy)

4.-Melt the coconut oil in a bain-marie and add the cocoa, vanilla, agave and half a cup of hazelnut milk and stir until getting a dense paste

5.- Add ½ cup of the toasted hazelnuts to the pasta and with the help of a spatula pour this mixture into a suitable mold.

6.- distribute the rest of the hazelnuts

7.- let it harden, you can put it in the fridge
