Dtube of HOW NOT TO Cut the COCONUT. Gringa Cutting the COCONUT For the First Time.

Please don't laugh. I know I'm embarrassing myself but this is my first try cutting the coconut.
Sorry for the dark video, but we just came back from @joordanzzz soccer practice and so it's pretty late and @joordanzzz really wanted a coconut which is one of the best ways for recovery after hard training and it's one of the best ways to get hydrated, plus all the other amazing benefits of the coconut.

We usually have my husband cutting the coconut or Abuela, but they were not home, so here I come. I am scared of machetes when it comes to cutting the coconut, especially this tiny coconut since your hand is pretty close to the machete.
Also, the machete was not really sharp since it needs some sharpening and I couldn't find the other one.

This is what you get when you leave a Gringa at home in El Salvador. Have to learn all this DANGEROUS (lol) things, but we wanted to drink the coconut, and so we did. It doesn't matter how, but we did it.
Soon I'll be PRO Coconut Chopper. Just need a little practice.

While cutting the coconut, a huge coconut leaf fell down, which really scared us, since it sounded really loud, like a if someone dropped a huge amount of water over the fence, but on the video, you can't really hear it.
The leaf was ready to fall off since it's one of those old leaves and I was just waiting for it to fall, so that the coconut tree looks even nicer.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the short video of "HOW NOT TO" cut the coconut, even though I thought it was a success.
Have a wonderful Friday, my dear friends.
Love @joalvarez

I am a great supporter of @familyprotection who is working very hard to help the families stay together and this project is the most amazing project that I would suggest for everyone on this steemit community to check it out and support it and by doing it we are helping people in need who are trying to keep their kids safe from being taken away (kidnapped) by the Social Services. Here is the link Click here

I am also a part of one of the most amazing projects here on steemit and that is #gratefulvibes project where you can also join @gratefulvibes Discord chat group, where we support the newcomers and just have an amazing time.
