Just Received this beautiful Complementary 440 Carbon Steel hammered Chef Knife to use for our Youtube Channel. So far out of the box this material seems to be much sharper than the traditional and very popular VG10 Steel used in many Hapanese knives.
Not only beautiful, but razor sharp.
