Day 1928 | Kitchen Time


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday was a pretty regular non-eventfum day where I spent some kichen time making vegetables in a wok which I ate way too much off. I'm still drinking enough water and taking my Glutamine + D3 & Omega 3 Supplements which already after a couple of days shows in my skin and I haven't even gotten back o joining Hot Yoga classes again. This I plan on doing from Monday and onward taking a yearly subscription.

Today Goals: once again, the goal today is mainly to keep eating healthy and get my glutamine in.
