So, for those that don't yet know - Banting is a Low Carb, High Fat way of eating. What that means is that majority of your calories come in the form of fat - not that you should be drinking cups of healthy oils.

Banting is, simply put, LCHF with all the added nasties like soya and artificial sweeteners removed.

Cauliflower makes a great addition as it replaces potatoes and rice and cous cous in many ways.
