A day of food

Following a low carb (primal) way of eating, mingled with intermittent fasting, I rarely eat more than 2 meals a day. Today i splurged. image
Breakfast - shredded beef, mushroom, zucchini, onion and garlic omelet with Boursin cheese.

Lunch - Cucumber and radishes with pickled ginger, garlic, pickled ginger juice, ground Sashimi Togarashi pepper blend and toasted sesame oil
