I am Sami, I live in Montreal Canada. I am very excited to join Steemit lovely community and here is my first step! i am introducing myself :
I am a travel consultant and a certified fitness coach. I have been working hard and i am still learning and growing to focus and expand in the domains i am passionate about; like fitness, weight management, total well-being and travel. I love helping people to make healthy lifestyle changes through good physical activity guidance, weight loss, nutritional education and behavioral change coaching; getting them started on the right path to optimal health and joyful life.
I was raised and grew up with the Mediterranean lifestyle infused with a cool mentality as: TAKING TIME TO NURTURE THE BODY AND THE SOUL: by healthy living, energetic dance, and kind human bonds. This is what i love to bring to my fitness programs and community. I use my welcoming Mediterranean personality to motivate participants, making them workout, have fun and be proud of their efforts to become a happier being with optimal health or promising recovery.
Being an active living specialist, i love making part of lots of fundraising events to promote science to help healing the diseased patients, creating community outings to break the routines and energize excitement and happy spirits, participating in networking events to open chances for entrepreneurs to launch their businesses and make a living from their passion and dreams.
I am looking forward to share Lots of info and add value to Steemit with you. Together we can enjoy the journey and we discover the joy and excitement while making positive changes in us and in other peoples'lives.
