I am a bartender living in Maui, Hawaii. Super excited to be here. I love making cocktails, drinking wine, and enjoying this beautiful island I've called home for the last 16 years.

The cocktail pictured, by the way, is my Steemit twist on the Ramos Fizz.
2 oz. Gin
.25 oz. Orange Flower Water
One large Egg White
.5 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
( I left out the cream, but you could add .5 oz as well)
Shake, strain and enjoy!
