Asian recipe Very good

Asian food?

I imagine that they have tried it a lot and in different places because something we all know is that Asian society expands in many countries of the world is not uncommon to be in the United States and see an Asian in Europe and elsewhere.

Something I like about them besides their language is the gastronomy that they offer us. An Asian restaurant is not needed in the city.

And I tell you that once I met a friend of that offspring here in Peru you can find many people from China, Japan and Korea, she tells me about a dish called "Noodle Soup with wok vegetables" and the truth that probe and I loved it and I would like to leave you the recipe and its preparation.

I would like to leave you the recipe and its preparation so that you can share with family and friends because there is nothing better than cooking for special people.

Here is the recipe for friends ;)

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250 g of Chinese wheat noodles (chow mien)

  • 1 chive

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 1/2 zucchini or eggplant

  • 1 carrots

  • 100 g of fresh shiitake mushrooms or a handful of dried mushrooms

  • 2 cabbage leaves

  • Soy sauce

  • Meat or vegetable broth

  • Salt and black pepper
    preparation :

  • Cut the onion, carrot, peppers, zucchini, cabbage leaves and mushrooms in julienne strips and sprinkle everything to the wok with a splash of oil and a little salt, until the vegetables have lost their hardness but remain al dente. Then we take a good splash of soy sauce, stir and throw the raw noodles, out of the package. We cover them with the broth (meat or vegetables) boiling, cover the wok and remove from the heat.

  • In four or five minutes (the time indicated by the package) we have the soup made, ready to serve in the bowl to eat; A touch of black pepper grinder gives the final point, but a spicy touch would also be good, with a little fresh chilli cut and sauteed with the rest of the vegetables.

  • I recommend using chopsticks to eat the noodles and vegetables, and when finished, drink the rest of the broth directly from the bowl.

I will be recommending more recipes!!
