My name is Oliver, I am a Certified Athletic Therapist, soon to be a Registered Massage Therapist and soon to be student of Holistic Nutrition with a background in business.
Over the past few years, I’ve grown to understand that the human body is a spectacular and impressive organism. It has the ability to heal itself if placed in the proper condition and at the same time, it is very intelligent. More than you could believe.
I want to be able to share with you my experiences and knowledge of which we health care professionals pay thousands of dollars to learn in school. This is because I truly believe that health knowledge is a right that everyone should have access to.
Knowledge and Awareness is Key!
If you can understand the process; WHAT is happening and WHY it is happening, it’ll give you more meaning to why you need to understand and apply.
I truly believe that continuous education is an important component to life. Without being exposed to new and proper information it is difficult to think differently and especially think outside of the box and grow as a person. Educating yourself is not only through scholar material but also about the fundamentals of life and how to grow to always become a better person and help promote that with people around you.
