My name is Katy and... I'm a typical Renaissance lady, or as Barbara Sher said, I'm a scanner.

(By the way, her book „Refuse to Choose!: A Revolutionary Program for Doing Everything That You Love” was very helpful for me to understand my human nature)

Why I'm a scanner?

Because at my age of 26 I've tried a lot of different activities. And in each of them I'd achieved very high results. The paradox is that I have a huge desire to do them all at once.
Yes, that's how it is.

Modern society does not treat people like me very well. It needs to have definitions, some frameworks. It is customary to say: I am a teacher, or I am a doctor, I am a plumber or an accountant.

But unfortunately or fortunately I can not determine who I am by profession.
Because I'm a teacher, a musician, a marketer, a real estate agent, and an animator in one.

I think I'll surely write a separate post about each of my interests and life in more detail, otherwise this post will be infinite.

Get ready for an exciting story of my scanner-life

I am a musician.
I have almost 15 years experience in fronting function like a vocalist and violin player.

At the time I sing and play violin in Cover Band Nexus wedding and events in Poland and in Jazz Quartet.

By education I am a teacher and a linguist.
I speak English, Russian, Polish, a bit Spanish and Chinese.
I teach foreign languages (namely Russian and Polish). I help people learn to speak, read, write in the foreign language, to know other cultures and achieve their goals.

I have my channel on Youtube and a public in FB.
And here, for the readers of Steemit, I’ll plan to create a rubric "Learn Russian”.
Maybe some of you will be interested to learn Russian with me.

I'm an animator.

Yeah, this smiling clown is me.

I have my own company „Elf & Fun - Children's Party Entertainment”. I know that successful kids party must have a lot of baloons, aqua makeup, Zumba kids and big-big smiles!

I’m a home stager.
I also worked as an interior designer and 3D graphic designer.

In Russia, St. Petersburg, we with my sister created designs and excellent interiors in our home company "K&D harmony of Design".

What a creative and interesting work! And the reaction of people for whom the interiors themselves were created is priceless!

I’m a real estate agent.

Keen on the topic of real estate, I decided to deepen my knowledge and worked for a while as a real estate agent in a Polish company.
I sold a few apartments and learned to negotiate well. Priceless experience, I'll tell you.

Last year I decided to begin my adventure in the world of thread, needles, fabric, buttons and unique creations!

Probably the genes resound inside me, cause my lovely grandma Teresa was a seamstress for whole her life. I’ll tell you about my grandma and my sewing in the nest posts.

In addition, I worked in several firms and global corporations as office worker.

I am very interested in the topic of personal growth, psychology, self-knowledge and philosophy.

As you can see, this is a real soup set.

I am happy to learn everything new and new, to win new victories and achieve the goal.
Who knows what activities attract me in the future? To me it is most terribly interesting!
