Improvise cooking #6

Pasta is a very common Italian dish. However, I am giving a little twist to it.

A little Chinese touch for the sauce with Chines sausage. To kill 2 birds with one stone, I cooked the spaghetti and Chinese sausage together in the same pot. I After boiled in hot water for a min, I took the Chinese sausage out from thepot and let the spaghetti ccontinuedto cook. When the sphagatti was cooked, it was drained and lept in plate to be ready to use. I sprinke amble Oolive oil on the sphagatti so that it won't get tangled up.

for the sauce, I peeled the Chinese sausage lining & sliced it. Together with sliced onion and mushroom, I sauteed them without any salt as the Chinese sausage was salty enough. Tomato sauce was added towards the end.

When ready, the sauce was added to the sphegatti. Sesame was added for the final touch.
