I got up at 5.20am, training myself. A new routine to be started, in order to cope better with work. I'm generally a morning person, so it's not unnatural to me. Might even help me to be a lot more productive.

Not my best day again, yet I somehow managed to get to 11k steps. Probably because we went for a rather long walk to calm Ellie's anxiety attack a little. We had stayed the morning in bed being lazy. Nicely.

Yesterday was bad. And great at the same time. The local chili cook off was on, organized by a friend of mine who had started our local farmers market. That's here with one of my best friends. I felt like

One of the things I'm trying to do is getting up earlier, and going to bed earlier. So I got up at 5.20am yesterday and went to the gym even before going to the market. A good workout, though short. I

I don't think it's been two years since the last time we had to deal with crazy flooding on the farm. That's the cost of living where we live. Sometimes Mother Nature lets us know who's really in charge.

A long day! Getting up 5.30am, press the button of the coffee machine, a quick cold shower and off to work. Easy this time, I had everything packed and ready by 8.30am – and then a client sent a message
