Here we are on Dolomiti (Italy), one of the best mountains range of the world.
I liked and I likes to go there for walking.
Always on refugee, I stayed faraway from cities and people.
I like to be in touch with pure nature, and the spirit of Dino Buzzati (my favorite writer, poet and painter) was and is with me.
Every day we walked a lot.
At evening, we arrived at the refugee, where we ate and slept.
Every evening, before sunset, an heavy raindrop, at the same hour.
Here one of those thunderstorm from the window of the refugee (Scotoni refugee).
My friends waited me for dinner at main floor, but I stayed up floor, with my eyes kidnapped by these beauty and the strength of the natural vision.
A lonely tree, and all around, the water drops illuminated by sunrays.
How I was young in the following pics, looking for the right path.
I was inside 'Cadini di Misurina', my favorite mountain range, like a mysterious natural cathedral, where earth touches sky, and time stops.
I breathed the eternity.
Those clouds on the summit reminds me to a famous Buzzati painting: 'The lost soul' (here a copy from a lithography).
Dino Buzzati wrote about mystery of our lives, pain, death and time, with an strong hope about humanity and heart of human being.
I feel many souls in high mountain, I feel more when wind blows, taking with it strange presences, our essence, lost in time and place, moving inside us, through our souls. Mountains become palaces, ordinary places become the landscape of our dreams.
