Hello Music Lovers..
It's another awesome Tuesday and #ttt. Thanks to @ablaze for bringing up this great relaxing initiative.
I thought about sharing songs which is over a decade and still sounds great. Ever since I joined the Three tune Tuesday initiative, I've never shared songs from Trey Songz. My bad.
Today I decided to share my favorite song from Trey Songz.
Even though this song is as old as wine, it still feels good to listen to it again. I first heard this song on the stereo and it stuck in my head.
My first Java phone had many of Trey Songz music, which I paid engineers to download for me back in the days and right now, I'm laughing uncontrollably at how time has quickly flown.
We now have access to our favorite music at the snap of our fingers and can listen to it for as long as we want to.
This has got to be the longest song of Justin Timberlake. The lyrics didn't mean a thing to me when I first heard it so many years ago. Listening to it again today hit differently as I understood how deep the song actually meant.
It has the theme of "reflection". The people around us can reflect the energy we invest in them. We will only get drained if we pour from an empty cup. First we need to refill our cups with love, kindness and the good things we desire from them in return.
Are there amazing people in your life you would love to give a shoutout to? Well, I have a lot of them. I am thankful for the wonderful people life has blessed me with and I resonate so much with Dido's song.
Great friends helps us get going on the not-so-good days. To some, great friends could be good music! So whatever is helping you get through your ugly days, is worth being thankful for.
