A 6km walk on the greenway with herself got my day off to a good start. After lunch, it was shopping for some hardware, which ended up with the impulse buy of a new chair for my home office. I suppose the walk back to the car carrying a 20kg chair counts as exercise too.
And getting the fully assembled chair up the stairs and playing Tetris with it to get it through the door and into the office definitely counts as exercise 😂😂
