Still not feeling fit but a good swim to get some self confidence for the triathlon on Saturday. I did 500m crawl and after half a minute rest another 1000m changing. The neoprene will be a challenge as well be the cold water (on my face) and the tiredness waking up and leaving early after a complete working week on Saturday morning but at least on the longer term (summer Triathlon Olympic distance) I can see progress!
