Heavy stuff on Boxing Day: December 26 2023

Since Claudia had a scheduled training with the high performance group I took the opportunity to start a training with her "common" coach, who was attending as well. He wanted to do fartlek but to a pace which I believed was too high for him given his current shape. I was right after two from 4 series he gave up. I finished the 4* 3'-2'-1' at 3'40" (instead of 3'50"/km) - 3'40"-3'25 pace (with 1'30" rest and 3' between blocks) and accumulated 15km including the warm up and cool down. Hell yes resistance is there. Now I just need to add higher pace to run 3000 under 3'30"/km. This seems far away yet though... 1 minute at 3'25"/km is OK, but 10'30" would be a different story... #AliveAndThriving #alive
