Hi guys and gals!
Good day. And welcome to another stepping report.
Started my day early today. I was doing my usual routine stretching, aerobics and elliptical exercises in my living room.
Pretty soon after that, I was out walking and jogging around the neighborhood. It was a nice morning being outside not hot just cool wind blowing every now and then.
Returned home just before 10 a.m. I rested, got cleaned up and later went to Safeway to get mangoes, pineapple and croissants.
At home I managed to do a load of laundry and moving around the house.
That pretty much all for today.
