Shoulder Stretch

This is the first of many video blogs I am putting up involving stretches, workouts, and etc. I am not putting up full workouts bc I don’t like those videos. In my videos I’m just going to be showing you how to do the various stretches and workouts and not full sets. I don’t do a lot of stuff not bc they don’t work or my way is better. I just don’t like doing those workouts. You’ll notice that I never use running for cardio, it’s only bc I don’t like running. It’s boring and I get easily distracted so I don’t do it. You may think the same thing about my stretches and workouts, this way you can pick and choose and don’t have to sift through an entire hour video looking for parts you’ll like.

The first stretch is a basic shoulder stretch. You’re going to start by reaching a straightened arm across your chest north of your nipples. With your arm still straight and reaching take your other hand and press it to the back of your reaching arm where your triceps go into your arm. When you feel the tension of the stretch lock your reaching arm in place with your other hand. Take your reaching arm and reach over your shoulder. It’s important that while you hold your arm you don’t loosen up the pressure from your pressing hand. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and then relax in a controlled release of tension.
