Today was a great day at the park, folks. I was super motivated to train, so I went with all the energy in the world. I started my routine with flexibility exercises, which I've already mastered quite well. Then I jumped into handstand practice, trying to improve my strength and balance. What a challenge!
Next, it was my turn to do leg lifts to strengthen my abdomen. It's not my favorite exercise, but I know it's important to have a strong core. And to finish, some dips to work the triceps. Ugh, what a pain!
The workout was intense, I'm not going to lie. I ended up exhausted but happy to have completed another day of effort and dedication. It is a huge satisfaction to feel that I am progressing and surpassing my own limits.
