Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my Yesterday Daily activities, on December 14, 2022.

In the morning I prepared digital material and went to the bread shop. I had lunch at home and trained my self on the bike rollers for the first time of the season. I had a shower, read some pages of a book, and remained with the roommate. I had dinner and went to bed after a herbal tea.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 14 Dicembre 2022.

In mattinata ho preparato del materiale digitale e sono passato dalla panetteria. Ho pranzato a casa e ho pedalato sui rulli per bici per la prima volta in tutta la stagione. Ho fatto una doccia, letto qualche pagina di un libro, e sono rimasto con il coinquilino. Ho cenato e sono andato a nanna dopo una tisana.
