So if you read my Day 0 post you will know I am trying to recover my body.
Today I woke up to heavy snow. There was a good 10 cm covering and it was cold outside. That meant a lot of ice around too.
As such, I decided against walking outside today. Poor vision, poor balance and ice, didn't feel like a good combination.
Instead, I did 16 minutes onnthe rowing machine and some light weights. My arms were quite weak previously but today I felt better. Again, a good sign that I am slowly getting stronger.
I decided to create a table for each day's progress because it will help me to see my progression as I recover.
Day | Distance (km) | Time | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
1 | 0.8 | 00:12:33 | Hard work |
