My Pull-ups for the Bull-ups Actifit Report Card: September 10 2024

That was my sleep last night or lack of it.

I am now up to 93 pull-ups. Took ages to get to that amount with the majority of reps at 4 per set.

Then I did lat pull downs and rows.

Finishing with bicep lat pull down.
