Same routine, same day, different week.
Progress takes time. Effort takes grit. Combined they result in moving forward.
I've not increased the total amounts of Pull-ups from last week as I want to ensure the set reps become consistent. The last 3 sets I kept failing at 4 reps intra of 5. When that happens I hop off the bar and give myself a breather then count five and do one rep to reach a failed 5 rep.
