My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2023

Pull ups.

They were a struggle to get to 32reps. My weekly goal done in twenty minutes so I added dumbbell pulls and lat pull downs then I was out of their.

I'm not sure if I'm improving but I know as long as I'm increasing the reps slowly and consistently going for that number I'll eventually build up my strength back.

Rest day tomorrow then is shoulders and biceps Thursday.
