En esta opotunidad, les cuento que me mudé de gym, estoy a 20min de mi casa caminando tranquilamente y en un gimnasio mucho más grande y bonito. De antemano les digo que ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado, el lugar superó totalmente mis expectativas, es mucho más de lo que había visto en su instagram; súper cómodo, es de dos pisos, muy bien oganizado, equipos en muy buenas condiciones, tienen disco de colores (yo una vez deseé estar en un gym así con color, y miren, ya es una realidad), y lo mejor de todo es que a las horas en las que yo suelo entrenar no hay casi gente! Literal puedes llegar a entrenar con solo dos o tres personas alrededor jajaja, o sea, más perfecto para mi no puede ser...
Además los planes que ofrecen son muy accesibles, y nada, esta semana pude entrenar mis 4 días correspondientes, me he sentido muy bien anímicamente, el mes pasado no pude mantenerme tan constante por tema de horario y traslados, razones por la que decidí cambiarme para continuar con esto que me mantiene muy estable en todo sentido... cuéntenme en los comentarios como ves este gym para interactuar un poquito.
