As I was telling you before being diagnosed with this disease I was treated with many sleep medications and antidepressants, as I was having sleep problems, I spent the day very upset and all this product of this problem which we did not know anything yet, I was medicated with many treatments for sleep and antidepressants of all kinds, I really do not wish this to any human being, were 10 months in sleep cure which made me lose part of my life and especially to enjoy my beautiful family and my children were still babies, which worsened my situation, so much so that I was operated twice and thanks to the mercy of God I am alive. Because it was a miracle that saved me as I tell my friends.
When I did not see solutions to my case and I was in a state of spending every day of my life doped, my dad made a comment to my dad about some people who cured with natural treatments and recommended him to take me there to see if they found any solution, my dad made the comment to my husband and me and I decided to go with him, When they checked me they saw that there was an intestinal obstruction and they even did spiritual operations, here in my state they were very famous for their healings, they sent me to ingest many things among them this tea that I will share with you because it has many wonderful effects, which is chamomile, mal ojillo and lemon balm, this preparation would help me with my sleep problem,The lemon balm has relaxing and sleepy effects, the chamomile which helps with nausea, vomiting helps the digestive system and the mal ojillo we use it a lot here for the flu, they told me at that time that it also had diuretic effects, it helped with stress and they even sent me to bathe with it because it had relaxing effects, It helps to cleanse the liver and besides being an antioxidant, by then I started my preparation as indicated and I can tell you that it helped me a lot and relieved part of my stomach problem, but with respect to sleep it helped me immensely, here I will show you how to make this preparation that can help many people.
This tea has since become my favorite.
The ingredients used were
*1 bag of chamomile tea
*A handful of dried mal ojillo
*A spoonful of dried lemon balm
*1 teaspoon of sugar
*1 cup or glass of water
Processing:
*I proceeded to elaborate my tea
Put my measure of water next to the lemon balm and bad dry eye
Then place the tea bag in the glass.
After boiling for a few minutes, turn off and strain.
The strained tea was added and added to the glass with the tea bag waiting about two minutes for the dry leaves to distill.

Hola mis amores, deseando que tengan una excelente semana, hace muchos años empecé a tener problemas del sueño aunado a eso problemas estomacales, pase nueve años de mi vida comiendo y vomitando hasta que me diagnosticaron con una enfermedad nueva, ciertamente yo fui el segundo caso en Venezuela con es enfermedad, entre visitar tantos médicos y no dar con diagnósticos algunos, porque ningún estudio arrojaba algún tipo de problemas, hasta que mi cirujano venía de un congreso y se acordó de mi, puesto que todo coincidía con mis malestares y el apostó a qué eso era lo que tenía y fue así, fui diagnosticada con una enfermedad llamada síndrome de Wilkie, que es un pinzamiento de la arteria mesentirica.
Cómo les venía contando antes de ser diagnosticada con esa enfermedad fui tratada con muchos medicamentos para el sueño y antidepresivos, ya que estaba presentando problemas del sueño, pasaba el día muy alterada y todo esto producto de este problema el cual no sabíamos nada aún, fui medicada con muchos tratamientos para dormir y antidepresivos de todo tipo, de verdad no le deseo esto a ningún ser humano ,fueron 10 meses en cura de sueño los cuales me hicieron perder parte de mi vida y sobretodo de disfrutar de mi hermosa familia y mis hijos eran unos bebés aún, cosa que empeoraban mi situación, tanto así que fui operada dos veces y gracias a la misericordia de Dios estoy viva. Porque fue un milagro lo que me salvó así como les cuento mis amigos.
Cuando Ya no veía soluciones a mi caso y me tenían en estado de pasar todos los días de mi vida dopada, a mi papá le hacen el comentario de unas personas que curaban con tratamientos naturales y le recomiendan que me lleve allí para ver si encontraban alguna solución, pues mi papá nos hace el comentario a mi esposo y a mi y decido ir con él, ellos al chequearme vieron que había una obstrucción intestinal e inclusive hacían operaciones espirituales, aquí en mi estado eran muy famosos por sus sanaciones, ellos me mandaron a ingerir muchas cosas entre ellas este té que les compartiré porque tiene muchos efectos maravillosos , que es la manzanilla, mal ojillo y toronjil, este preparado me ayudaría con mi problema del sueño ,pues el toronjil tiene efectos relajantes y somnolientos la manzanilla la cual ayuda a las náuseas,vomitos ayuda a la parte digestiva y el mal ojillo lo usamos mucho aquí para las gripes, ellos me dijeron en ese momento que también tenía efectos diuretico, ayudaba al estrés e inclusive me mandaron a banar con el ya que tenía efectos relajantes , ayuda a limpiar el hígado y además de ser antioxidante, para entonces inicie mi preparado tal cual la indicacion y les puedo decir que me ayudó muchísimo y me alivio parte de mi problema del estómago, pero con respecto al sueño me ayudó inmensamente ,aquí les presentaré como hacer este preparado que puede ayudar a muchas personas .
Este té desde entonces se volvio mi favorito
Los ingredientes utilizados fueron
1 bolsita de té de manzanilla
Un manojo de mal ojillo seco
Un cucharada de toronjil seco
1 cucharadita de azúcar
1 taza o vaso de agua
Elaboración:
Procedí a elaborar mi te
Monte mi medida de agua junto al toronjil y mal ojillo seco
Luego coloque la bolsita de té en el vaso
Luego de hervido unos minutos procedo apagar y colar
Se agrego el té colado y se agrego al vaso con la bolsita de té esperando unos dos minutos a qué destile sus ojas secas
Se le incorporo la cucharadita de azúcar y se revolvió hasta disolver
Se le saca la bolsita de té y ya listo para tomar
