Hello 💛 dear friends and artisans of #jewelry I hope you are well, today I am with you sharing these beautiful tendrils that I made with the technique of wire wrap, with crystals of different shades of yellow and white, it is a prefect detail to give or wear on this Christmas holidays, they are very simple to make and do not require many materials.
Yellow is the color of the sun, it is related to gold and change, it is also the color of the star that guided the wise men to the child God, so it is widely used for this time, because it is related to wealth, abundance and prosperity, at the beginning of a new year.
So let's get to work!
MATERIALS
◽Tweezers: round and flat tips
◽Cutter
◽2 pieces of wire N° 22 each 20cm long
◽ 2 hooks for tendrils
◽ Crystals
Steps
1️⃣We take our round tip tweezers, a piece of the wire and 6 crystals. With the tweezers, at one end of the wire, we make a small circle of two turns, as shown in the picture, this is going to be our base where the tendril is going to be hung.
2️⃣Already with our circle made on the wire, at the other end we introduce a transparent crystal, we start winding the wire on the crystal, clockwise and we give it a turn and a half. We introduce the next white crystal, we start winding the wire on the crystal but now counterclockwise and we also give it a turn and a half.
3️⃣In this step we introduce a yellow crystal, give it a turn and a half with the wire, clockwise, then introduce a transparent crystal and wind it with the wire giving it a turn and a half counterclockwise.
4️⃣In the last winding we repeat step 2 and 3, we introduce the last two dark yellow crystals, in the last winding we give a turn and a half to the crystal with the wire, if there is wire left over since it is the culmination of the tendril we cut the excess.
These steps are very simple as you could notice is a sequence of three steps where the steps are repeated on each step, what varies is the color of the crystals, I made them here of these beautiful colares, but if you want to customize them, you can use the color that you like and is to your liking.
5️⃣We take our tendril, the hook and the flat clip. With the hook in our hand we introduce our tendril through the circle we made in our first step, and with the flat plier we secure our hook, as shown in the pictures.

Hola 💛 queridas amigas y artesanas de #jewelry espero estén bien, hoy estoy con ustedes compartiendo estos bellos zarcillos que realice con la técnica de alambrismo, con unos cristales de diferentes tonalidades de amarillo y blanco, es un detalle prefecto para obsequiar o lucir en estas fiestas navideñas, son muy sencillos de hacer y no requieren de muchos materiales.
El amarillo, es el color de sol, esta relacionado al oro y al cambio, también es el color de la estrella que guio a los reyes magos al niño Dios, por eso es muy usado para esta época, porque, esta relacionado con la riqueza, la abundancia y la prosperidad, en el inicio de un año nuevo.
Así que manos a la obra!!
MATERIALES
◽ Pinzas: punta redonda y plana
◽ Cortador
◽ 2 pedazos de alambre del N° 22 c/u de 20cm
◽ 2 anzuelos para zarcillos
◽ Cristales
Pasos
1️⃣Tomamos nuestra pinza punta redonda, un pedazos del alambre y 6 cristales. Con la pinza, en un extremo del alambre, se realiza un pequeño circulo de dos vueltas, como se muestra en la imagen, esta va a ser nuestra base de donde va guindado el zarcillo.
2️⃣Ya con nuestro circulo hecho en el alambre, por el otro extremo introducimos un cristal trasparente, empezamos a enrollar el alambre en el cristal, en sentido a las agujas del reloj y se le da una vuelta y media. Introducimos el siguiente cristal color blanco, empezamos a enrollar el alambre en el cristal pero ahora al sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj y también le le damos una vuelta y media.
3️⃣En este paso introducimos un cristal amarillo, le damos una vuelta y media con el alambre, en sentido de las agujas del reloj, luego introducimos un cristal trasparente y lo enrollamos con el alambre dándole una vuelta y media al sentido contrario del reloj.
4️⃣En el ultimo enrollado repetimos el paso 2 y 3, introducimos los dos últimos cristales de color amarillo oscuro, en el ultimo enrollado se le dan una vuelta y media al cristal con el alambre, si llega a sobrar alambre ya que es la culminación del zarcillo se cortara el excedente.
Estos pasos son muy sencillos como pudieron notar es una secuencia de tres escalones donde se repite los pasos en cada escalón, lo que varia es el color de los cristales, yo aquí los realice de estos hermosos colares, pero si ustedes desean personalizarlos, pueden utilizar el color que mas les guste y sea de su agrado.
5️⃣Tomamos nuestro zarcillo, el anzuelo y la pinza plana. Con el anzuelo en la mano introducimos nuestro zarcillo por el circulo que realizamos en nuestro primer paso, y con la pinza plana aseguramos nuestro anzuelo, como se muestra en las imágenes.
Para realizar el otro par del zarcillo repetimos los paso y obtenemos un hermoso juego de zarcillos color amarillo. Con esto termino mi aporte de hoy a la comunidad, espero le guste queridas amigas y artesanas de #jewelry, un abrazo para todas. 💛
