Nuevo Reto, Nueva Competencia - New Challenge, New Competition

      ¡Hola a Todos! El día de hoy quiero comentarles que en Noviembre estaré participando en una competencia llamada Fit Challenge, que consiste en realizar 3 intentos en 3 ejercicios que son Sentadilla Libre, Press Plano y Peso Muerto Convencional incrementando el peso. La competencia tendrá parámetros como romper el paralelo en la Sentadilla, no exageras el arco en el Press Plano y el Peso Muerto es Convencional no Sumo.

Today I want to tell you that in November I will be participating in a competition called Fit Challenge, which consists of performing 3 attempts in 3 exercises which are Free Squat, Flat Press and Conventional Dead Weight by increasing the weight. The competition will have parameters such as breaking the parallel in the Squat, not exaggerating the arc in the Flat Press and the Dead Weight is Conventional not Sumo.

      Estoy muy emocionada de poder retarme y participar en un evento así que no es del todo mi área, conocer más personas en el mundo Fitness y aprender mucho más, también mi objetivo es lograr que me conozca como Entrenadora.

      Cambié mi Planificación de Entrenamiento por la competencia, ya que el objetivo es medir la Fuerza en cada repetición, así que estoy priorizando la ganancia de Fuerza antes que la Hipertrofia, incluyo más las Variantes y me enfoco en hacer los Accesorios necesarios.
