Quiero compartirles mi primer set de la rutina de bailoterapia que realicĂ© el lunes 15 de abril, con mi grupo de bailoterapia "Salud, Bella y AlegrĂa", porque estuvo buenĂsimo, el 2 do set tambiĂ©n estuvo excelente, pero no querĂa el vĂdeo tan largo.

Ese dĂa, el tiempo estaba de lluvia, pero igual el llamado era acudir a la rutina, iniciamos como siempre calentando, tocĂł trabajar cuerpo completo, las repeticiones estuvieron candelas, demasiados nĂşmeros de repeticiones, una tras de las otras, sudamos demás ese dĂa, a pesar de que habĂa buena brisa, por la lluvia que amenazaba con caer, aunque cayeron varias gotitas y algo de llovizna, pero no le prestamos atenciĂłn, seguimos dándole poder a nuestro cuerpo en ese primer set.

Se realizaron para ese primer set, un total de 34 ejercicios, cada uno constaba de series y con un tiempo de repeticiones especĂficas, algunos son por 1 minuto máximo, otros se realizan en grupos seguidos, uno de los otros, para no perder el ritmo de entrenamiento. Los tiempos de descanso, en su mayorĂa en continuo movimiento, eran de 30 a 40 segundos (30’'-40’') y un descanso para hidrataciĂłn para finalizar el primer set de 5 minutos, a pesar de que solo ese dĂa trabajamos 2 set, ya que se tuvo que suspender la bailoterapia, no tanto por la llovizna que estaba cayendo, sino que se habĂa ido varias veces la luz, y luego para desistir el entrenamiento, fue el juego de luces como un arbolito de navidad, la luz se iban y regresaban, era una locura total, estuvo un buen tiempo asĂ, como muchos sufrimos de esos cortes elĂ©ctricos, las chicas hablaron con el profesor, para irse a desconectar sus equipos elĂ©ctricos, porque se les podĂan dañar.

For that first set, a total of 34 exercises were performed, each one consisted of series and with a time of specific repetitions, some are for 1 minute maximum, others are performed in groups in a row, one of the others, so as not to lose the rhythm of training. The rest times, mostly in continuous movement, were 30 to 40 seconds (30''-40'') and a hydration break to finish the first set of 5 minutes, although we only worked 2 sets that day, since we had to suspend the dance therapy, not so much because of the drizzle that was falling, but because the light had gone out several times, and then to desist the training, was the game of lights like a Christmas tree, the lights went out and came back, it was a total madness, it was a long time like that, as many of us suffered from these power cuts, the girls talked to the teacher, to go to disconnect their electrical equipment, because they could be damaged.
