I successfully lose 4kilograms -16/8 Intermittent fasting+20 minutes exercise-My fitness Journey

Greetings, everyone! It's been a month since I embarked on my fitness journey. After accumulating significant weight, I finally resolved to resume exercising.
On October 22, 2024, I started my fitness journey. The first day was only a chill and not intense to gradually reacquaint itself with physical activity.
On the second day, I attempted to document my workout session by recording myself. However, upon reviewing the footage, I was struck by the realization of my size.
With a renewed determination to shed extra pounds and reclaim my slim figure, I embraced a proactive approach to daily exercise.
Initially, I had a consistent exercise routine, working out almost every day. However, unforeseen circumstances arose, forcing me to become inactive for a few days. As a result, my exercise routine was disrupted, and I could only work out on Sundays.
Exercising, particularly in the morning, presents a significant challenge for me due to my busy schedule. I typically start work at 8 am, which requires me to juggle multiple tasks, including preparing breakfast for my family, ensuring my son is ready for school, and getting myself ready for work.
After I began exercising, I reduced my carbohydrate intake and made an effort to consume healthier foods. Subsequently, I embarked on intermittent fasting. I decided to start fasting last October 24, 2024. Within the 16/8 intermittent fasting method, I start my daily eating window at 11 am and conclude it by 7 pm, resulting in a 16-hour fasting period followed by an 8-hour eating period.

The initial two days of fasting proved challenging. Upon waking, I limited myself to a single glass of water, followed by 500ml of plain black coffee. Ideally, I should have opted for green tea, my beverage of choice during previous strict diets. However, financial constraints forced me to settle for plain black coffee.

After more than a week of fasting, my body has adapted to the lack of food, and I no longer experience hunger during fasting periods.
On Sunday, after a month of dedicated exercise and fasting, I stepped onto the scale to measure my progress. With great satisfaction, I saw that my weight had decreased from 70 kilograms to 66 kilograms, representing a significant milestone in my weight loss journey.

At that time, I had no intention of weighing myself because I didn't want to be disappointed. I was aware of the challenges of weight loss, and shedding 4 kilograms was a significant accomplishment for me. I did not anticipate such a significant weight reduction in such a short amount of time.

Every time I wake up after fasting, I experience a newfound sense of well-being. The absence of bloating has significantly improved my overall physical comfort.

In my daily routine, I tend to have a low water intake, particularly during work hours. I rarely experience the sensation of thirst, primarily because my job does not require intense physical activity and I work in an air-conditioned environment, which prevents excessive sweating.
To aid in my weight loss journey and improve my hydration, I utilize a straw in my one-liter tumbler at work. This allows me to conveniently and efficiently consume the recommended daily water intake, contributing to my overall health and wellness goals.
Currently, my workout routine isn't daily, but I make an effort to exercise at least three times per week. Due to my intermittent fasting regimen, I lack energy during the day and prefer to work out after work when I have more available time.

I limit my first meal to one cup of rice or less, focusing on vegetables. However, for my last meal of the day, I eat whatever my family is having to avoid the need for additional grocery expenses.

With my current weight at 66 kilograms, I still have a goal of shedding 18 kilograms.

My height is 4'9 feet, and according to standard weight charts, the recommended weight range for individuals of my height is approximately 45 to 48 kilograms.
With unwavering determination, I aim to reach my target weight before the year's end through intermittent fasting and consistent workouts.
