Hello Splinters Fanatics!

Splinterlands is an amazing Card Game, in case you've fallen here by chance, this is the best #Play2earn there is. And this post is an event held to promote the splinterlands@splinterlands universe on social networks.

At the beginning of each battle the Rulesets are shown, both players see which Rulesets are available and build their strategies, based on this and the recent match history of the opposing player.

These are the main triggers to build a winning strategy. Today's post will feature this week's Battle Mage Secrets is about the Healed Out Rule Set image.png.

image.png

Healed Out
All healing abilities are removed from Monsters and Summoners.

However, this does not mean that you will not stop using monsters that possess this ability. Several monsters that have the Heal Heal.png, Tank Heal tank heal.png and Triage triage.png abilities are powerful in battle even without these abilities.

cura.png

I confess that I love strategies focused on healing. However, when none of these abilities are active, we will still have strategies focused on armor replenishment, for the case of a more defensive strategy, or we can go all out and choose a fully offensive team.

Since there is no healing it is important to choose monsters with plenty of Health image.png and Armor image.png. And for main tank, if possible choose monsters with the abilities Shield shield.png and/or Void void.png, to reduce the damage of any attacks.

In the case of Summoners, there are some that grant healing ability to the team, and currently only exist in the legendary rarity, which usually grant up to 3 abilities. So if you use them in this rule set the healing ability will also be disabled, but on many occasions they will still be very useful.

invoc.png

Legendary Summoner Mimosa grants the Affliction debuff Affliction.png to all opponent monsters. I like this summoner quite a bit and it simulates Healed Out rule set, as all monsters already start on the field with their healing abilities disabled.

image.png

Now let's put the secrets revealed so far into practice, nothing better than a battle containing the Rule Set Healed Out image.png.

1.png

The battle took place in Brawl, in Gold League, and featured the following Ruleset:

Gold League, in Wild mode, and featured the following Rule Set: Super Sneak image.png, Healed Out image.png and Break Patch image.png. Splinter Earth and Life were not available, and there were 58 mana cost available.

image.png

Due to the rule set, the battle was favorable for Ranged image.png and Magic image.png attack monsters. Although, there are those who want to take advantage of the Super Sneak rule image.png and use Melee monsters image.png, however they will be penalized by the rule set that grants the Thorns ability Thorns.png.

Thus, with the highest probability of facing monsters of Ranged image.png and Magic image.png I chose the summoner Mimosa Nigthshade, which reduces (-1) of the opponent's Ranged attack and grants Void void.png to all our units. Our opponent, on the other hand, chose Splinter Fire, which naturally has no units with healing abilities, so it is especially focused on offensiveness. Our opponent chose the Summoner Conqueror Jacek with a strategy focused on speed.

image.png

Below follows our escalation strategy:

CARD
STRATEGY
image.pngIn the first position, I've scaled Leginnaire Alvar, as the main tank, because it has a lot of Healthimage.png and Armor image.png. It is a tank with very defensive characteristics, especially for magic damage image.png due to its Void Armor ability Void Armor.png and Void (granted by Mimosa) image.png
image.pngIn the second position I scaled the secondary tank, Usut, which is a Legendary Reward Soulbound card. I chose this card because it has magic damage image.png, because it will not suffer the damage caused by Thorns Thorns.png, and because of its ability Bloodlust bloodlust.png, which increases all stats when this monster manages to defeat the opponent's monster.
image.pngPhantom Soldier is a monster with decent magic damage and was chosen due to its ability Silence Silence.png, which reduces the opponent's magic damage.
image.pngThen I climbed Octopider, which has decent Ranged damage and the Demolarize ability demolarize.png, which reduces the opponent's Melee attack.
image.pngNext, I climbed Liza Fox a gladiator with excellent Ranged damage and the Bloodlust ability bloodlust.png.
image.pngFinally, I climbed Dark Ha'On, who has the Taunt ability Taunt.png, to draw all possible attacks to herself.

Come Check out the Battle!

The battle is started and buffs and debuffs are applied to all units. While, the opposing team made a strategy focused on speed, our team was focused on debuffs. Let's see who has the upper hand: Speed vs.

This battle will be a little long, due to the defensive mode using debuffs. We will try to summarize it as much as possible!

Click on the image below to watch the full battle!

image.png

Even with the opposing team's high speed and missing several attacks, we managed to defeat Coeurl Lurker, thus making room to attack the opposing tank.

image.png

Due to the random nature of Summoner Conqueror Jacek, the opponent's attacks were not directed at Dark Ha'On, with his Taunt ability Taunt.png. So, due to this we lost Liza Fox, the gladiator who has low health.

image.png

In the end, the debuffs were effective and managed to overcome the opponent's super speed. It was a long battle due to the debuffs, imagine if there were healing abilities!

conclusao.png

Today's post reveals some battle mage secrets for the Healed Out Rule Set image.png. In these conditions the ideal is to choose monsters that are quite offensive and have plenty of health and armor.

image.png

Healed Out

invoc.png

Venha Conferir a Batalha!

Vamos acompanhar quem leva a melhor: Velocidade vs Debuffs.

image.png
