Talk to someone you love and find out that there is always someone out there that feels the way you do; you’re not the only one that has had a loved one die.
Keep your head up, think good thoughts.
Sometimes you just have to let all the sadness out. You can do this by talking to someone you trust, writing in your diary, or even bawling into your pillow.
Talk to a loved one. They may be able to help you, especially if they have also lost a loved one.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Everyone reacts to loss differently. Just don't let it stop you from doing what you love.
