Wishing you a very good day, dear friends! Despite a somewhat busy day, I’ve taken on a special challenge in honor of the third anniversary of the remarkable PLANT BASED community. The challenge is to create a plant-based birthday cake. I’ll be using simple ingredients like bananas, coffee powder, and wheat flour to prepare it. This challenge was lovingly extended to me by our dear friend @sirenahippie. Through this platform, the shared experiences, new recipes, and warm comments from friends have become a meaningful part of my life. Let’s take a look at how I made this birthday cake!

Materials Used.

Sugar 125g.
Pure coconut oil 125ml
Wheat flour125g.
Coconut milk 60ml.
1 Teaspoon of yeast .
A few pieces of chocolate broken into small pieces.
2Tablespoon of coffee powder.

The cooking process as follows.

Now, let's get ready to prepare this cake. First, peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces, then place them in a bowl.

Now, add the coffee powder, sugar, and a bit of coconut oil to the bowl with the bananas. Mix everything well.

Now, add the wheat flour and yeast to the mixture, and combine everything well.

Now, add the coconut milk to the mixture and blend everything together thoroughly.

Now, take a baking tray, line it with parchment paper, and pour in the prepared mixture. Then, sprinkle small chunks of chocolate pieces evenly over the top.

Now, let's bake the prepared cake in an oven or cooker. The baking time may vary depending on the method you use. Since I don't have an oven, I will use a pot with a lid to cook it. Feel free to try whichever method works best for you!

In this way, the birthday cake was made using just a few simple ingredients. The chocolate is considered vegan, which makes this cake entirely plant-based.
