NOW LET'S GO WITH THE NEW “YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”

image.png

Life without flavor would be something sad and boring, that's why food is so important, because it offers us thousands of flavors, smells, textures and colors; and within the group of flavors, there is sweet, which brings us joy and sometimes also calms. And although eating sweets in excess can be harmful to health, especially if that sweet is of industrial or refined origin, there are also other more natural options, which are widely accepted in veganism, because they provide us with vitamins, minerals and microelements, and that also allow us to enrich our recipes. AND SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT, HONEY IS NOT ACCEPTED IN VEGANISM. So for this new challenge, corresponding to week 13, we want to go shopping with you, but ONLY TO BUY SWEETENERS. In this post you will not include any other type of food, only SWEETENERS, and we also want you to give us advice on buying this food.
