[ENG|ESP] New Pasta Buying Challenge, for Week 11 | by @dlizara

On this occasion, @dlizara takes us shopping in an interesting and entertaining post, to a supermarket that is far from her home. The establishment named DELIPLAZA, is well stocked and offers a variety of food, especially pasta. She opted for a three-vegetable pasta (carrot, spinach and beetroot) of the thimble type, and a whole wheat pasta, with a higher protein content, of the feather type. Excellent purchase of 100% vegan pasta.

Vegan Shopping:Pasta | by @kyleana

In search of an ideal pasta for her son, @kyleana takes us shopping at a commercial establishment (SURAKI) in the city of Mérida, Venezuela, where she buys a gnocchi-type semolina pasta, since it is a short pasta that to Santiago, her son, likes a lot. She also gives us interesting and useful tips for buying pasta. A very good buy.

[ESP/ENG] Tus compras de verduras (pasta) semana 11 por @mayraro05 /Your vegetable purchases (pasta) week 11 by @mayraro05

To participate in this challenge, @mayraro05 brought forward his weekly trip to the supermarket, and when she left work, she went straight to buy. The market that she visited is very well stocked, with many types of pasta to choose from; however, since in her house the tastes for pasta are diverse, she bought a kilo of vermicelli and a kilo of short pasta. She also offered us some very good tips for buying and preserving this food. Excellent buy.

NOW LET'S GO WITH THE NEW “YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”

Fruits are essential in our diet, especially in vegan cuisine, as they provide us with vitamins, minerals, sugars, fiber and microelements. On the other hand, fruits give color and a lot of flavor to the different preparations that we make every day in our kitchen. Whether in stews, desserts, juices, salads, or simply eating them alone, fruits are very important. And within the group of fruits, there are citrus fruits, which give us so much aroma and flavor to our recipes. Whether lemons, oranges, grapefruit, limes, tangerines, etc., they all enrich our recipes. So for this new challenge, corresponding to week 12, we want to go shopping with you, but ONLY TO BUY CITRUS FRUITS. In this post you will not include any other type of food, only CITRUS FRUITS, and we also want you to give us advice on buying, preserving and preparing these fruits.
