Hello plant based foodies, wherever you are in the world!

Today we are going to present only the winners of the previous challenge. We do it on the occasion of the Easter vacations. Likewise, if you want to support #vegan #plant content, delegations are welcome, no matter the quantity, everything adds up, everything is important, and something else, not only will you be supporting good vegan content, but we do a daily work of curation those quality posts, as long as their subject matter does not contradict the principles of veganism. On the other hand, weekly, on Tuesdays, we are returning part of the benefit generated by the amounts delegated, so we invite you to do so, to delegate.

This is @sirenahippie here, and today, as I said earlier, I wanted to bring you this post in which I will just announce the winners of the "Soup for the Soul" challenge. This is because we will be doing on a regular basis two monthly challenges, so I announce the winners today and later, in next week, we will be calling for a new challenge. In the meantime, we'll see who won this time.

by @carolynstahl

In her participation, @carolynstahl brings us a classic, a recipe for a very traditional Italian soup: the minestra maritata, which she makes in a totally vegan version. This soup is usually served at Italian wedding banquets, and represents for her a benchmark of pleasant memories, and she wanted to bring this traditional, forceful, delicious and even significant dish. In a great post, with beautiful photos and a very well explained procedure, she brings us this extraordinary recipe, for which she deserves first place.

Homemade Gnocchi in Tomato Soup
by @shinecrystalline

I have always thought that making gnocchi is an art. For some really unknown reason I have never been able to make decent gnocchi; however, with this super post that @shinecrystalline brought to the challenge, I'm sure I'll be able to do them. Although the gnocchi are not the protagonists, they are a fundamental part of its recipe, an exquisite tomato soup, which undoubtedly makes she worthy of second place.

Congratulations @shinecrystalline! You are the winner of 3 HIVE.

The Brand New PLANT BASED challenge: Spicy tofu soup for the soul
by @umirais

One of the most satisfying things in life is being able to grow your own food. This allows you to be in direct contact with Mother Earth, while you can harvest products of excellent quality, flavor and energy; and this is what @umirais does in this beautiful post where he prepares us a spicy tofu soup, with some mushrooms and herbs that she grew from her garden, applying traditional techniques in its preparation. This interesting and tasty soup deserves the third place.
