Baked bananas with an abundance of creamy coconut milk fla make it even more exciting to enjoy, sweet and savory together in a serving plate.

Today, I'm sharing one of my simple banana recipes with a combination of fresh coconut milk. It's actually not the first time I've prepared grilled bananas, but this time the grilled bananas are different with chocolate sprinkles on top and a coconut milk fla mix.

The most important thing here is that the bananas are grilled whole. The bananas that I use are also different, I use a type of chicken banana that is usually if enjoyed directly. This banana has a different texture from other bananas, it feels a little tart in it and I like that flavor.

So instead of being curious, let's see the recipe below.

Ingredients Used

5 bananas
1 teaspoon margarine
1 scoop seres or chocolate
1 tablespoon sugar
150 ml coconut milk

Making Procedure

Step 1

Peel the banana from the peel, leave the banana intact without being split when it will be baked later.

Step 7

While waiting for the coconut milk, occasionally stir the coconut milk and also turn the banana and let the banana cook until brownish yellow.

Serving Suggestion

Serve the bananas on a plate and then pour the cooked coconut milk. Top the bananas with seres, chocolate or even almonds. Everything goes well with everything.

I arranged this on a plate, before taking a few pictures as usual. Continue tasting by scooping it up, the texture is very soft. Moreover, there is a savory coconut cream on the surface of the banana which makes it fresh, sweet and there is a slight sourness to the banana flavor. However, the sourness is enough to neutralize the taste because the coconut milk fla and seres have given a sweet taste.

This dish is a very simple dish, and easy to prepare for dessert at home. So for those of you who are confused about what deseert to prepare, I think this is the right choice. Isn't the sweet savory taste enough to make your dessert look fresh and amazing. I love these bananas, I think this is a way to enjoy processed bananas other than boiled and fried.
