It is very easy to make, and I think everyone will like it. It is best for breakfast, and I make it once a week. My husband and son love it. So, let's see how to make it.

Ingredients✅

  1. Pumpkin - 250 grams
  2. One cup of semolina (suji)
  3. One packet of Eno
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  5. One cup of water
  6. Salt to taste

For Tempering✅

  1. 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  2. 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  3. 5 green chilies
  4. Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method✅

  1. First, peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces so that it blends easily.

  1. Then, take a jar, add the pumpkin pieces, semolina, and water, and blend them.

  1. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it set for half an hour.


  1. After half an hour, add Eno , salt and baking soda to the mixture and mix well.

  1. Take a pan, grease it with a teaspoon of oil, and pour the batter. Let it cook for 5 minutes, then check the color and remove it when done. Then cut it into small pieces.

  1. For tempering, take a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and green chilies, and fry until golden brown. Then add the pieces and sauté for one minute.
