Para esta semana la propuesta es comprar arroz y justo tenía que preparar mi almuerzo así que todo indicaba será fácil 😁
Pensé en comprar un arroz especial y elaborar una receta diferente para este día
Si has visitado mi blog anteriormente seguro viste que hasta arepas preparo con el jajaja
Creo me estoy desviando del tema 🤣 sigamos por donde es la cosa jajaja, antes de salir de casa revisé mi despensa y tenía un paquete de arroz normal, me dije; bueno Edwing pongamos pies en la calle y compremos algo genial

Para compras especiales siempre escojo un mercado grande provisto de todo tipo de marcas, así que esta vez tome el subterráneo para llegar al Gamas Plus (7 estaciones 🤣)

Obviamente arroz 🤣 pero lo que revisamos es el porcentaje de gramos enteros o partidos y desde allí comenzamos, mientras menos sea el porcentaje de granos partidos mucho mejor será la calidad de nuestras recetas

Lo siguiente en tomar en consideración es que receta vamos a elaborar y de allí escoger si llevar un arroz blanco o un arroz especial como este que es vaporizado y te aseguras que siempre te quedara un arroz muy suelto al cocinarlo 😉

También podemos encontrar una gama de arroces saborizados, pero estos no me gustan por ser muy artificiales en su sabor final, pero ya eso es cosa de gustos, así que mi primera opción es el vaporizado

Mi segunda opción es un arroz tipo premium que también da una terminación final excelente al cocerlo, aquí les daré un tips jajaja, solo debes sofreírlo en seco y después si le agregas el agua, pero no les digo más porque es solo comprar 😝

Para los que no conocen ANABEL, es un cruce entre anaconda con cascabel, muy conocido en mi país como "la suegra" 🤣 , bueno ya saben que esto es en broma jajaja, la vida hay que llevarla con humor y muuucho amor, espero que se hayan divertido un poco en esta compra sin compra jajaja
