Hace unas semanas en mi estadía en San Bernardo, una playa que está en mi país Argentina, salí a caminar con mis padres, nosotros tenemos la costumbre de caminar mucho, nos encanta y generalmente cada vez que vamos nos gusta ir caminando hasta los muelles que hay en la zona. Así que hicimos eso, un día decidimos ir caminando en familia hasta el muelle de Mar de ajo que es un pueblo que queda pasando San Bernardo, salimos del departamento que queda a una cuadra de la playa y fuimos hasta el muelle, tomé la distancia y de ida teníamos 3.5 km, en el camino pude ver la cantidad de gente que había ido para la temporada, normalmente la playa de San Bernardo es bastante tranquila. También en esta ocasión vi pasar varias avionetas con publicidad de distintos parques.
A few weeks ago during my stay in San Bernardo, a beach that is in my country Argentina, I went for a walk with my parents, we have the habit of walking a lot, we love it and usually every time we go we like to walk to the docks that are in the area. So we did that, one day we decided to go walking as a family to the pier of Mar de ajo which is a town that is just past San Bernardo, we left the apartment which is one block from the beach and went to the pier, I took the distance and one way we had 3.5 km, on the way I could see the amount of people who had gone for the season, normally the beach of San Bernardo is quite quiet. Also on this occasion I saw several airplanes passing by with advertisements from different parks.
El agua en los días que estuvimos estuvo con buena temperatura, no estaba tan fría así que si entrabas podías soportar el frio y templarte para quedarte un buen rato, mientras más caminábamos más cerca se iba viendo la estructura. Tras la caminata llegamos al muelle y pude sacar algunas fotos, en el tramo final antes de llegar hice una competencia con mi madre para saber quién llegaba primero, pero como yo tuve la idea claramente tuve ventaja y gané. Luego de llegar y disfrutar un poco las vistas nos toco la caminata de regreso así que en total en ese día con mi familia había camina 7 kilómetros entre la ida y la vuelta al muelle.
The water during the days we were there had a good temperature, it was not so cold so if you went in you could stand the cold and warm up to stay for a while, the more we walked the closer we could see the structure. After the walk we arrived at the pier and I was able to take some pictures, in the final stretch before arriving I made a competition with my mother to see who would arrive first, but as I had the idea clearly I had the advantage and won. After arriving and enjoying the views we had to walk back so in total that day with my family we had walked 7 kilometers there and back to the pier.
Pasaron unos días en donde estuvimos paseando por la avenida principal y disfrutando de la playa, ahora teníamos otro objetivo el muelle de la Lucila del mar que es otro pueblo cercano a san bernardo, lo bueno es que este muelle se encuentra mas cerca así que la caminata fue más corta y menos desgastante que la primera. Emprendimos viaje, de ida teníamos 2 kilómetros este se veía mas cerca y de igual manera mientras más caminábamos más grande se veía, llegamos y note la diferencia entre ambos muelles, este era más corto en comparación y estaba construido de madera, en cambio el otro era de material, aunque llegaba más adentro en el mar. Pude notar que debajo de el la gente dejaba pequeñas placas con nombre de personas, al acercarme y leer note que eran de personas fallecidas en forma de conmemoración, este muelle me gusto mas porque aparte de tener ese atractivo rustico al estar construido de madera parecía tener más historia y ser mas querido por la gente ya que venían a dejar recuerdos a sus fallecidos.
A few days went by where we were walking along the main avenue and enjoying the beach, now we had another goal, the pier of Lucila del mar which is another town near San Bernardo, the good thing is that this pier is closer so the walk was shorter and less tiring than the first one. We started our trip, we had 2 kilometers one way, this one looked closer and the more we walked the bigger it looked, we arrived and noticed the difference between the two docks, this one was shorter in comparison and was built of wood, the other one was made of material, although it reached deeper into the sea. I could notice that underneath it people were leaving small plaques with names of people, as I approached and read I noticed that they were of deceased people as a form of commemoration, I liked this pier more because besides having that rustic attraction being built of wood seemed to have more history and be more loved by people as they came to leave memories to their deceased.
Luego de un rato emprendimos viaje nuevamente a casa caminando por la playa así que esta vez habíamos recorrido 4 kilómetros en total caminando.
After a while we started walking back home along the beach, so this time we had walked a total of 4 kilometers.
